Bird Song Quiz #3

It's back!

The third bird song quiz.
You can check out the previous one here. And the answers are at the bottom of this post anyway.
Thanks to David Bell for giving perfect and thorough answers again!

Quiz #3:

Remember the goal is to identify the background species. This time there are 4 species and the family of each species is given below if you want!

Warbler (0:01)
Warbler (0:08) - this one is tricky ;)
Sparrow & allies (0:08/0:09)
Sparrow & allies (0:21)

Answers to Quiz #2:
American Redstart (0:01)
Hermit Thrush (0:05)
White-throated Sparrow (0:08)
Northern Waterthrush (0:15)
Blue Jay (0:16)
Yellow-rumped Warbler (0:39) - although now I'm thinking that it's an American Redstart?
+ a couple found by DB:
Magnolia Warbler (0:07)
Golden-crowned Kinglet (0:12)

  1. I'll give this a shot since nobody else has commented yet!

Golden-winged Warbler (0.01) - although sound alone is sometimes unreliable for these guys! (possible hybrid)

    Eastern Towhee (0.04)

Hooded Warbler (0.06, 0.08) - I have heard Magnolia Warblers that are similar to this though so not 100% sure

    Red-eyed Vireo (0.11)

    Field Sparrow (0.21)
